Job summary

Nackard Pepsi is seeking a Merchandiser for Flagstaff, AZ. This full-time, on-site role offers an hourly starting wage of $19 with remaining hours potentially increasing. A driver’s license, valid insurance, and reliable vehicle are required to service accounts in Flagstaff and surrounding areas.

The position emphasizes stocking, rotating, pricing, and building relationships with store personnel. Mileage reimbursement is provided biweekly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Must possess a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, or Microsoft Outlook is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelves, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products across accounts.
• Keep shelves clean, rotate products, and price packages.
• Lift and/or carry at least 35 pounds frequently for 8–10 hours daily.
• Push and/or pull 55-250 pounds frequently during shifts.
• Safely perform bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting regularly.
