Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Urbana, OH is seeking a Material Handler - Level 2 to support supply chain operations. You will receive, move, store, and issue materials to production lines, and collaborate with logistics to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.

The role requires safe operation of forklifts and other handling equipment, accuracy in inventory records, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in material handling within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Knowledge of safe operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory control software.

Responsibilities

Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility according to established procedures.
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials to designated locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to material handling and storage.
