Job summary

Legacybox is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing initiatives across our ecommerce and marketing teams. You’ll support promotions, product launches, and content updates while keeping projects on track and aligned with the brand.

The role emphasizes ownership, fast-paced execution, and collaboration with the CMO, Head of Growth, and other marketing teammates. On-site in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or ecommerce in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience working with an ecommerce brand or marketing company strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined marketing projects from initial request through completion.
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives across Growth, Ecommerce, Creative, and Lifecycle.
• Keep details, timing, assets, approvals, and dependencies organized for on-time launches.
• Identify next steps and coordinate with the right people to move work forward.
• Write and organize creative briefs and ensure on-time delivery with teams.
• Support reporting by pulling data from Google Sheets, GA4, and Shopify.
