Job summary

Steven Label seeks a Systems Programmer to develop, maintain, and support our ERP, manufacturing, and financial systems. The role emphasizes translating business needs into robust software solutions, scripting, and data integration across platforms.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable systems and contribute to process improvements while maintaining documentation and code quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems programming, application development, business systems analysis, or related role.
• Experience supporting ERP, manufacturing, or enterprise business applications is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, test, implement, and maintain software applications, programs, scripts, interfaces, and system integrations.
• Support ERP, manufacturing, reporting, warehouse, and other business systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and system configurations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, queries, and data extracts for timely business information.
• Create and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party apps.
• Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions.
• Test new programs, patches, and configurations before deployment.
• Perform data validation to ensure data integrity.
