Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations.
• Create manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
• Integrate suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Review and approve supplier data to ensure compliance with manufacturing-related requirements.
• Develop tooling requirements based on engineering specifications.
• Manage tools throughout their lifecycle from initial design to end-of-use disposition.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues effectively.
• Perform producibility assessments for part or product designs.
• Provide input on manufacturability to design teams regarding processes and technologies.
• Develop integrated work statements and sequencing of events for timely delivery commitments.
• Draft, update, and review processes and procedures in line with business and regulatory agency requirements.
