Responsibilities

• Explore production processes and how teams work together to safely produce wood products.
• Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and production performance.
• Analyze data and observations to identify opportunities for improvement across mill operations.
• Work alongside experienced operations professionals while developing leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
