Associate's Degree required; 2–4 years experience preferred.
Engineering degree required as discipline.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

Plans, designs and constructs manufacturing facilities and related structures.
Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
Communicates manufacturing capabilities, schedules, or other information to facilitate production processes.
Works with vendors to determine specifications and arrange equipment, material purchase, and parts.
Evaluates products based on specifications and quality standards.
