Job summary

Advantage Technical is hiring an On-Site Manager in Plano, TX to lead a high-performing automotive support team and oversee daily operations. You will supervise team leads, manage escalations, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced parts environment.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Prior dealership experience and ASE certifications are preferred. This is an on-site position with a competitive pay rate of $30.00/hour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of college coursework completed.
  • Knowledge of automotive electronic parts catalogs required.
  • Ability to learn vehicle models, campaigns, parts, and accessories.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent phone and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for call center operations and client management.
  • Supervise team leads and support agents to meet service level goals.
  • Manage escalated customer and dealer inquiries, resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Monitor phone, email, and online support channels.
  • Oversee training, coaching, quality assurance, and employee development initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Lead special projects, system transitions, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with IT regarding user access, system updates, and operational support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Lead a high-performing automotive support team and make an immediate impact. We're seeking an experienced On-Site Manager to oversee daily operations, support team leaders, drive service excellence, and ensure exceptional dealer support within a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

Job Duties
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for call center operations and client management.
