Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
• Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
• Yardi novice level experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner and cleans up after completion.
• Performs repairs on the property including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
