Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in facilities maintenance.
• Thorough understanding of Building Automation Systems, electrical systems, controls, condens-ing boilers, package rooftop HVAC, VAV systems, life safety systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a work order system.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on building systems.
• Maintain building upkeep and complete records and work orders promptly.
• Be on-call approximately every five weeks and travel within 60 minutes of the metropolitan area.
