Job summary

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide on-site medical and wellness services within a federally supported residential youth program in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The role involves direct patient care in a structured environment and collaboration with residential and program staff.

The position is a temporary contract up to 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends. On-site location in Sedro-Woolley, WA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Washington state
• Experience with adolescents or young adults preferred
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site nursing services within scope of practice and Wellness Guidelines
• Triaging urgent and emergent medical situations
• Administering medications and assisting with examinations
• Coordinating referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers
• Maintaining accurate medical documentation and records
• Delivering health education sessions and coordinating with staff and partners
