Job summary

ZELUS is seeking a Reality Capture Technician to perform on-site LiDAR scans at client sites, mainly in Santa Teresa, NM. You will register data with Leica Register 360 or Cyclone and ensure high-quality deliverables for BIM/VDC workflows.

The role demands strong attention to detail, independent problem-solving, and professional client interaction. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of LiDAR experience, familiarity with RTC/P40/NV/Leica software, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of LiDAR scanning and reality capture experience.
• Experience with Leica RTC, Leica P40, Faro or similar scanners.
• On-site field work with strong data accuracy and client interaction.
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-precision LiDAR scans at client sites.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain scanning equipment.
• Register scans using Leica Register 360 or Cyclone software.
• Input data into company systems and ensure data integrity.
• Represent ZELUS professionally to clients on-site.
• Adhere to safety protocols and site-specific procedures.
