Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Learning Coach to empower K-3 students through life-skills workshops and personalized coaching. You will run one cohort, lead one-hour workshops, and coach students individually or in small groups using analytics to track progress toward ambitious weekly goals.

This role emphasizes motivation, relationship-building, and real outcomes rather than traditional curriculum delivery. On-site, full-time position with relocation assistance and access to AI-powered learning tools;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years working with children ages 4-9.
• Experience leading group activities for young children and keeping them engaged.
• Proven track record of motivating children to achieve challenging goals.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning while focusing on coaching and life-skill development.
• Ability to balance warmth with high expectations and maintain engagement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead life-skills workshops for K-3 students to master communication and focus.
• Coach students one-on-one and in groups using analytics to reach weekly goals.
• Assess life-skill mastery using Alpha's Test2Pass framework.
• Adapt coaching to different developmental needs with energetic storytelling.
• Build strong relationships to encourage students to stretch beyond perceived limits.
