Job summary

A national tech service provider is seeking a Computer Field Technician for on-site hardware repairs and installations. Candidates must have hands-on experience with laptops and desktops, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. This position operates on a per-call basis, starting at $35 per call, with variable daily call volume. Successful candidates will complete Dell and Lenovo certifications as part of onboarding and must be available for daily local travel.

Qualifications

• Must have prior hands-on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to travel locally on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops.
• Complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo during onboarding.
• Log into the tech portal each morning to code calls and map routes.
