Junk King Green Bay/Appleton is hiring a Driver & Sales Specialist to operate our trucks, meet with customers on-site, provide on-site estimates, and close the sale to clear clutter with a world-class experience. You will work with residential and commercial clients, deliver white-glove service, and help sort items for donation or recycling while staying active outdoors.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or commission-based work is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history (no CDL required).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly.
• Strong verbal communication to explain value to customers.
• Punctual and motivated with reliable arrival windows.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Estimating: meet on-site to assess removal needs and provide quotes.
• Customer Experience: deliver white-glove service and encourage repeat business.
• Driving & Operations: safely drive and inspect the truck, maintain a clean vehicle.
• Removal & Labor: team-based removal of items from properties.
• Eco-Friendly Sorting: identify items for recycling or donation.
• Payment Collection: process payments and paperwork via mobile app.
