Job summary

Alliance Cyber is seeking a System & Network Administrator (Junior) to provide on-site IT support across secured environments. You will ensure availability, security, and performance of enterprise IT systems while supporting daily operations and cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications include an associate degree in IT or related field with 2+ years of experience; bachelor’s preferred. Proficiency in Active Directory, PowerShell, Windows Server, and M365 is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field; 2+ years of system/network support; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with Windows/Linux system administration and security baselines.
• Familiarity with RMF, NIST SP 800-171, and DoD/STIG requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support and deskside help for managed endpoints.
• Install, patch, and harden Windows/Linux systems per DISA STIGs.
• Support network devices and perform basic configuration changes.
• Implement security patches aligning with RMF and collect audit artifacts.
• Maintain system logs, tickets, and documentation.
