Based in New York, NY, the role reports to NYP Queens onsite, with a strong emphasis on meeting user reporting needs and delivering high-quality services in a high-tech hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree, CompTIA A+, Cisco certification, ITIL/PMP.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Ensure performance, integrity and reliability of system components.
• Determine user specifications for reporting and project needs; work independently in a high-tech environment.
• Reports to NYP Queens onsite 5 days a week.
