We are actively seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our on-site team in Augusta, GA, offering extensive training, uncapped commissions, and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production targets.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in the agency management system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
