Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to match products to client needs and clearly explain coverage options.
• Experience or familiarity with Insurance Brokerage and Finance, including understanding financial implications of policy structures and benefits.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and building long-term client relationships.
• Relevant state insurance licensing (or ability to obtain promptly) and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time well, and handle multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems; prior experience in financial services or sales is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or related fields is beneficial.
