Job summary

BEUMER Group is seeking a Site Installation Supervisor II to manage on-site installation activities for BEUMER systems, coordinating contractors and ensuring quality and safety. The role requires extensive travel (up to 90%) and direct customer interaction, with responsibilities spanning planning, execution, and documentation.

Ideal candidates bring electro-mechanical experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams across sites while maintaining project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electro/mechanical experience.
• Ability to interpret installation drawings.
• Maintain train the trainer certifications for fork lift, scissor lift, and boom lift.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize in an environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Heavy lifting/material handling skills and experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to travel up to 90% of the time - domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe and reliable construction and maintenance activities.
• Improve and follow the assigned project scope and contract details.
• Document contractor crew activities and report findings.
• Ensure QA and NCC compliance.
• Manage on-site tools, equipment, and shipment logistics.
• Support the Team Leader with management tasks.
• Lead kickoff and close-out meetings as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day installation and coordinate with the Project Manager.
• Represent BEUMER on-site with customers and subcontractors.
