Job summary

Douron a Division of TSRC, Inc. is seeking an Installation Lead to guide on-site installation teams, coordinate loading and unloading, and ensure professional workmanship while maintaining customer spaces.

This role acts as the on-site foreman, collaborates with the crew, follows safety protocols, and ensures timely, accurate delivery and installation of office furniture and fixtures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams on client sites to install furniture and fixtures.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and ensure safe handling of materials.
• Provide professional workmanship and customer service on site.
• Act as on-site foreman and communicate with the crew and management.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Inspect products and ensure quality during installation.
• Maintain vehicle checklist and ensure vehicle safety.

Skills

CDL credentials if needed

High school diploma preferred

Able to work irregular hours
