Qualifications

• BLS Certification from approved program (can be obtained on the job).
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred or can train on the job.
• WI Practical Nursing license or eligibility required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients, record vital signs, and collect medical histories.
• Coordinate provider schedules, manage appointments, and prepare patient charts.
• Educate patients and families within licensure/certification scope.
• Assist with in-office procedures and administer medications/immunizations.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment per infection control standards.
• Restock medical supplies to ensure readiness for patients.
• Schedule lab draws and process lab work as needed.
