Qualifications
- Journeyman HVAC I & II experience; gutter and sheet metal knowledge a plus.
- Must be able to lift 70+ lbs and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation and own tools required.
- Experience with construction scheduling and leading large field crews.
- Strong written and verbal communication with leadership ability.
Responsibilities
- Manage material lists and ensure on-site safety.
- Coordinate work orders and on-time job completion.
- Install HVAC, sheet metal and gutter where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and industry standards.
- Support payroll timekeeping and scheduling of time off.
- Coordinate safety on site and assist in other duties as assigned.
- Fabrication review and layouts.
