Job summary

Triple-T Plumbing, Heating & Air is actively seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with boiler experience to join our team in Spanish Fork, UT. This role is on-site and field-based, with a variable full-time schedule and a weekday-to-weekend on-call rotation as business demands require.

You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial HVAC and boiler systems while educating customers and meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on HVAC and boiler system experience.
• EPA Universal or Type II Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Own basic tools, gauges, and meters.
• Demonstrates integrity and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial HVAC and boiler systems.
• Educate customers and set clear expectations.
• Meet revenue goals through accurate quotes and opportunities.
• Explain value of high-efficiency equipment.
• Coordinate with dispatch, parts, and installation teams.
• Maintain a clean, stocked company truck.
• Participate in meetings and company events.
