TelyRx is seeking an on-site HR Generalist at our Clearwater, FL headquarters to support the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the CHRO, you will attract, recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while partnering with leaders on employee relations and compliance initiatives.

The role demands proactive, organized, and communicative professionals who can thrive in a high-growth startup environment and protect confidentiality across all HR activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and employment law.
• Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CHRO on strategic HR initiatives and organizational projects.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles and leadership positions.
• Lead onboarding programs and new hire orientations to create a strong first-day experience.
• Administer leaves (FMLA/ADA) and ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintain HRIS data; support performance reviews and employee engagement.
• Provide confidential guidance on employee relations and investigations.
