Job summary

Gosincro, Inc. is hiring an HR Generalist for our Glendale Heights, Illinois facility. You will lead day-to-day HR functions, report to the Head of HR based in California, and serve as the primary on-site HR contact for the local team.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with Illinois employment standards, and collaborate with remote HR management to drive positive workplace culture and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with US federal and Illinois employment laws.
• Stand-alone or remote-reporting HR role experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding.
• Oversee FMLA, state/local leave entitlements and compliance.
• Administer Workers' Compensation and OSHA logs.
• Maintain confidential payroll data and HR records.
• Act as on-site HR point of contact for local team.
• Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with management and vendors to uphold HR standards.
