Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and supervising all phases of homebuilding projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure safety standards and adherence to plans.
• Monitor daily activities for quality and safety; maintain project documentation.
• Communicate updates with homeowners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
• Assist in addressing delays or issues and enforce company policies on site.
• In the Lead Superintendent's absence, help keep schedules and safety standards on track.
