Job summary

Fortive in Glenwood, IL is seeking a senior leader to manage the Dosimetry Health Physics support teams and serve as the Analysis Laboratory SME. You will collaborate with R&D, QC, and Operations to ensure compliance and support customers.

You will lead on-boarding, training, performance management, and career development while driving continuous improvement using the Fortive Business System. This role includes mentoring others and expanding capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Physics, Nuclear Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in External Dosimetry or Health Physics.
• Experience with Radiation Measurement and Dosimetry.
• Experience with audits by outside auditors/inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of Dosimetry Health Physics support staff.
• Serve as the Analysis Laboratory Subject Matter Expert.
• Provide exemplary customer support for Health Physics and Dosimetry.
• Maintain U.S. and international dosimetry accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Identify product trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
• Participate in experimental design, project teams, R&D, and Operations.
• Extract and analyze relevant information from dose data to automate key processes.
• Champion continuous improvement using the Fortive Business System (FBS).
• Grow, mentor, and inspire a team through employee lifecycle management.
