You will design print and digital marketing materials, collaborate with marketing teams, and help improve design workflows using AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and consistency across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, social media, and email marketing work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand standards
• Some experience using AI-assisted design tools

Responsibilities

• Design high quality print and digital marketing materials, including: advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute creative campaigns while maintaining Flow Automotive and OEM brand standards
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prepare production-ready files, incorporate feedback, and identify opportunities to improve design workflows and efficiency
