Qualifications

• Min 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, print design, print production, marketing collateral
• Expert skills in in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Excellent QC skills - find and fix design inconsistencies on your own before anyone else notices.
• Strong expertise and knowledge of printing processes, print production, and final asset preparation
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Home goods, furnishings, home décor, retail, or consumer product experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Marketing Director and creative team to execute a large volume of deliverables.
• Maintain brand consistency, accuracy, design hierarchy, and strong print production across a massive wave of print assets.
