Job summary

NPK International inc. is seeking a capable yard/field associate to load and unload materials at our Williston site. The role involves physical labor in diverse weather and ground conditions and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will work under supervision, support field operations, and be prepared for variable shifts, including nights and weekends. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and prior manufacturing or construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• 1 year manufacturing, warehouse or construction experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, parts, or products manually or by mechanized means.
• Install ground protection and lay mats at customer sites; work is typically routine in nature.
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures – OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and DOT rules in line with NPK policies.
• Maintain good interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
• Be flexible with schedule (day, night, weekends, holidays) and available on call.
