Job summary

Arcadia Products LLC is seeking General Labor staff for on-site work in Tucson, AZ. Roles include assembly of doors and related components, loading and unloading, and quality checks.

You will handle hand tools, operate basic fixtures, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while following safety procedures. The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for measurements and counting.
• Ability to read orders and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assembles hardware includes locks, hinges, catches on frames using tools.
• Lay out reference points for drilling holes in frame members.
• Load/unload on rolling carts and match drawings to staging tables.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment, pack and palletize.
• Operate various small hand tools and measuring devices as required.
• Analyze order sheets and pull the appropriate product for each order.
• Perform quality checks for damage and accuracy against drawings.
• Organize and stage multiple projects efficiently.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
