Job summary

VoltaGrid is seeking a NATURAL DECOMPRESSION TECHNICIAN in Midland, TX to oversee daily operations and maintenance of natural gas treating and processing equipment, including refrigeration, decompression and dehydration. You will monitor conditions, troubleshoot issues, perform minor maintenance, and ensure safe operations on site.

Candidate should have 5+ years in oil/gas, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Training in safety and arc flash may be provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in oil and gas operations
• Experience with natural gas treating and processing equipment preferred
• Willingness to work in extreme temperatures and at heights
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of natural gas treating equipment.
• Inspect equipment and perform minor maintenance.
• Read and record operating conditions like pressure, temperature, and flow.
• Ensure proper flows, temperatures, and pressure levels.
• Operate company vehicle safely.
• Assist with incident response and safety compliance.
