Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous furniture handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate service van and other light delivery vehicles.
• Ability to learn to read blueprints.
• Ability to understand and follow direction.
• Ability to meet insurance and background check requirements.
• Experience operating basic hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads product from truck or dock.
• Assembles and installs furniture.
• Reports quality or safety problems to Lead.
• Keeps work area clean and clear of debris.
• Practices and enforces the use of safety equipment.
• Documents changes to installation drawings.
• Operates company vehicles and tools safely.
• Maintains toolbox with required tools.
• Provides assistance to other departments.
