Job summary

Randstad Digital in Sinton, Texas is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET, Python, and GIT. This on-site role emphasizes end-to-end ownership and collaboration with end-users to translate requirements into robust solutions.

You will design and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and triggers in production, and work on REST API and Webhook integrations, with a focus on performance and security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software engineering with frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
• Experience developing and maintaining SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and triggers in production.
• Proficiency in REST API and Webhooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership for tasks.
• Preferred: experience with modern application architecture and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services with modern tool set (.Net, Phyton, GIT).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Document application logic, technical designs, and implementation details.
• Follow secure coding practices and FRG organizational development standards.
• Independently manage assigned work items and commitments.
• Work with the end-user to interpret business requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and triggers with attention to performance.
• Continuous learning and skill development.
