Job summary

Radius Logistics Warehousing in Avon, MA is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to handle day-to-day operations, including receiving inbound freight, verifying documentation, and organizing inventory in designated storage areas.

You will pick and pack orders, prepare shipments, load and unload trucks, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, accurate records, and using basic warehouse systems to support efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute, store, and manage inventory while maintaining accurate records.
• Label boxes, pallets, crates, and materials for proper identification.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Complete daily workloads and assigned tasks in a timely manner.
