This full-time, on-site role is based in Norwich, KS, with relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $39.00 per hour, depending on experience, and the 1st shift runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing or foundry environment.
• Ability to read schematics and read technical manuals; basic electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair foundry machinery including furnaces, molding equipment, conveyors, and cooling systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to restore equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and parts used.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations when working on machinery.
