The ChapsVision Group is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with a major manufacturing customer. This hybrid role blends technical and business responsibilities, requiring a commitment to delivering production-grade AI solutions while managing a strategic relationship.

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience, deep expertise in programming, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical delivery. Strong programming skills in Python and C#, along with experience in agentic orchestration, are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a highly technical, customer-facing role.
• Experience running strategic account relationships is essential.
• Hands-on experience building stateful multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the customer and act as the main point for account strategy.
• Translate business priorities into a deliverable plan.
• Ship production artifacts and write clean, production-grade code.
