Towlift is seeking a Resident Forklift Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial vehicles at customer sites. You will be the primary on-site service professional, handling diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs while building strong customer relationships.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a service technician/maintenance role.
• Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, and computer diagnostics.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematic diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional customer interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections per manufacturer requirements.
• Repair or replace defective components and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Utilize shop tools to fabricate and repair parts as needed.
• Review repairs with customer contacts and document work performed.
