Job summary

ACADIA HOMES is seeking a Field Superintendent for an on-site, full-time role in the Greater Logan Area. You will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate trade partners, and ensure work aligns with plans, codes, and budget.

You will monitor safety, quality, and site cleanliness, conduct inspections, and maintain project documentation. Strong communication and reliable transportation to move between sites are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential or commercial construction projects, coordinating subcontractors and daily site operations.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards for homebuilding.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned homebuilding projects.
• Coordinate trade partners and vendors; schedule and supervise on-site work.
• Ensure construction progresses according to plans, specs, and codes; monitor site safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate timelines with managers, staff and clients.
