Lutheran Social Services in Wisconsin seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable environments across our healthcare and social service facilities. This on-site role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC support.

You will respond to work orders and emergencies, conduct routine inspections, and help ensure compliance with safety and health regulations while collaborating closely with program staff

Qualifications

• Experience with building systems maintenance and safety standards.
• Ability to read basic schematics and work orders.
• Comfort with routine preventive/corrective maintenance tasks.
