• Master or Bachelor in Engineering with 2 years of experience.
• Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering background.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment/process in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of pharma/biotech processes and GMP production operations.
• Organizational & technical writing skills; strong English/Spanish communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques under supervision.
• Complete routine technical tasks and investigate limited variables.
• Function as a technical expert during troubleshooting operations.
• Audit operational performance and regulatory compliance for equipment.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to develop system modification requirements.
• Support deviations, equipment qualification and process validation activities.
• Assist in 7/24 shift operations and weekend work as needed.
