LKQ Corporation in Springfield, MO is hiring for Automotive Engine Remanufacturing - Disassembly & Repair. No prior engine experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with potential up to $20.00 per hour and monthly bonuses.

Schedule is 1st shift, Monday–Thursday 6am–4:30pm, with some Friday work; no Saturdays or Sundays. Duties include disassembly and repair of engine components, operating tools and equipment, maintaining safety and cleanliness,

Qualifications

• No engine experience required; training provided.
• Ability to read and write; basic math skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly and repair operations on engine components.
• Set up and operate equipment and tools per procedures.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and health/safety requirements.
• Support cell leader and participate in continuous improvement.
