Job summary

JobSiteCare Inc is seeking a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) in Chalk, Texas to support jobsite workers with injury prevention and on-site medical care. You will operate independently in the field while collaborating with a clinical team for case management and patient follow-up.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in emergency or occupational medicine, a valid driver’s license, and required BLS/CPR/First Aid certifications; EMT/NREMT preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, and First Aid certification required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to walk jobsite for up to 5 hours daily; ability to lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and administer first aid under provider direction.
• Coordinate case management with follow-ups and referrals.
• Document patient interactions in the EHR system.
• Maintain a clean, stocked on-site medical facility and assist with safety orientations.
