Job summary

Crystal Boarding School, part of the Bureau of Indian Education, is seeking an Elementary Teacher to lead a classroom on or near the Reservation. This is a SCHOOL YEAR CONTRACT position under Public Law 95-561 with annual renewal.

The role requires on-site work; telework is not available. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and a valid state Teacher certification/licensure in the appropriate endorsement area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited education institution.
• Valid Teacher certification/licensure in the appropriate endorsement area.
• Provisional certification may be accepted with the requirement to obtain full State Teacher Certification within two full contract terms

Responsibilities

• Serve as a classroom teacher in an Elementary class at Crystal Boarding School on or near the Reservation.
• On-site teaching; telework or remote consideration is not available.
• Contract renewal occurs annually under Public Law 95-561
