Job summary

77 consultants is seeking an experienced Cardiologist in Electrophysiology to join a high-volume EP program. The on-site, contract role involves treating complex arrhythmias with advanced EP technologies and a multidisciplinary team approach.

The candidate will perform ablations and device implants, develop personalized care plans, and contribute to ongoing education and quality improvement. Strong teamwork and Epic proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of residency in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship in Cardiology.
Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
Exceptional patient care and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Commitment to continuous medical education and professional development.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and clinical assessments of patients with cardiac conditions.
Perform catheter ablations and device implants for patients with arrhythmias.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
Collaborate with surgical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Educate patients and their families regarding arrhythmia, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
Monitor and follow up on patients post-procedure.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Stay current with the latest advancements in cardiology and electrophysiology.
