• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery by reviewing ladder logic and tracing faults to sensors or field devices.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; use diagnostic tools to test motors, wiring, relays, switches, and control circuits.
• Diagnose and repair bearings, belts, couplings, pumps, and pneumatic systems; perform component replacements and adjustments.
• Perform preventive maintenance, document repairs, and support equipment installations; follow lockout/tagout procedures.
