Job summary

Camfil is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Corcoran facility. You will handle installation, repair, and upkeep of plant equipment, read electrical and pneumatic schematics, perform welding, and assist in equipment start-up. Flexibility for overtime and a hands-on role in safety and housekeeping is required.

The position is hourly, full-time, based in Corcoran, CA, with opportunities to work on diverse facility systems and drive improvements through a CMMS workflow.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios to practical tasks.
• Read and interpret documents and schedules to perform maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, repair and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
• Disassemble, repair and fabricate parts as needed; perform welding.
• Operate and troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with procedures.
• Manage work orders and inventory using CMMS; assist in start-up of equipment.
