With at least 5 years in the electrical field and 2 years in a leadership position, the candidate will manage teams, conduct site inspections, and maintain detailed project documentation. This is a field-based role requiring effective communication and leadership skills, with potential for overtime and travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Competent in running multiple crews and phases of a project.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on commercial, residential, and multifamily projects.
• Ensure installations meet NEC and local codes.
• Perform site inspections and communicate with Project Management.
