Job summary

Loenbro EH&S Coordinator is responsible for establishing and promoting a culture of safety at assigned industrial sites, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will conduct audits, provide training, and implement safety programs to minimize risks and maintain a healthy workplace.

Reporting to the Safety Manager, this full-time, on-site role requires OSHA 30, 2+ years in heavy industrial construction, and strong hazard mitigation skills.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 2+ years in heavy industrial construction environments.
• Ability to identify and mitigate hazards effectively.

Responsibilities

• Train site employees on industry safety practices.
• Enforce safety policies to promote a safety culture.
• Investigate incidents and document corrective actions.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
